2. Online Purchasing

All items offered on or website are subject to availibity. To purchase any of the items on our website, click the „Add to basket“ buttom, thats shown on each product page. When you place an order to purchase a product by clicking the buttom „Order now“, we will send you an email confirming that we received your order and providing the details of your order. The contract will be filed. For safety reasons your order´s data are not accessible via internet. We keep these data in confidence according to our privacy policy. 3. Returning Merchandise

All products shall be packaged as they were received and shall include all shipping materials, inserts and the original inner carton. Please make sure to package the merchandise securely to avoid damage in transit. The return must be accomplied by the product, including the date, invoice #, shippig address and a copy of the original invoice, and needs to be insured, all on your own costs. Therefore, if a package is sent back uninsured, and its lost or damaged, we won´t be responsible and unable to issue any return, credit or exchange. Credit will be given only for items that we receive, inspect and find to be in satisfactory condition, able to resale. The returned merchandise must be sent shipping prepaid.

 

4. Guarantee

Guarantee given for all items according to the laws and restrictions of Germany. In case the reeds were made to your own specification, we offer at first a redelivery of new items or to improve the returned ones. If the improved items don´t fulfill your needs, you can return them (covering the shipping costs) under full restitution of payment or keep them paying a lower price in which we agree.

 

5. Ordering, Prices and Payment

After we receive your order, we will email you with the shipping and handling charges and options. After you approve the shipping costs, we will charge your bank acount and ship the order. Our minimum order quantity is 3 reeds, regardless which special item. All prices are in EUR including German VAT. Delivery charges inbetween the EU are included in the prices quoted and are covered by the Fagottrohrmanufaktur Berlin, shipments to Non EU-countries by the customer. Orders from Non EU-countries are not possible in our webshop. For this, please send the order form unter "contact". All deliveries either after payment received or before. Payment by invoice requested inbetween 14 days after you received the goods and invoice attached.

 

6. Delivery

All items in stock are avaiable for same day shipping. Guaranteed delivery time inbetween Germany is 2-4 days, inbetween EU countries could take longer. Please contact us for information.

 

7. Conditional sale

All items delivered by the Fagottrohrmanufaktur Berlin remain under its possesion until full payment is received by us.

 

8. Privacy

We are concerned about protecting your security and privacy. All customer data will be processed according to the applicable German and Europen regulations (BDSG, TDDSG and DSGVO / GDPR). Its important for us, to protect your privacy and data security when using our web page. Therefore, please read the following instructions carefully:

If you visit our website, you can leave after this without a trace. Personal data are only collected if you conclude a contract to buy any of our items or if you open a customer account. Without your explicit permission, your data will be used only for contract performance and your inquiry processing. You always can your personal data be deleted by request. For the purpose of contract fulfillment, we will transfer your personal data only to the companies commissioned for delivery and payment collection as required by them to fulfill their contract with us.
